Dr. Beckie M. Grgich is a licensed clinical psychologist and Clinical Director who brings warmth, depth, and seasoned leadership to her work. With more than two decades of experience across complex clinical environments, she is known for her ability to understand the full picture, clinically, neuropsychologically, emotionally, and functionally, in order to guide both patients and clinical teams toward clarity and meaningful progress.
Dr. Grgich earned her Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology from Alliant University, with specialized training in neuropsychology and child and developmental psychology. Over the course of her career, she has worked in a wide range of settings including hospitals and emergency departments, community mental health systems, rural behavioral health clinics, correctional and forensic environments, integrated medical-behavioral health programs, multidisciplinary treatment team environments, universities and private practice. These diverse experiences shaped her comprehensive, whole-person approach and her ability to work
effectively with complex and high-acuity presentations across the lifespan.
As Clinical Director, Dr. Grgich focuses on building strong clinical systems grounded in quality, ethical practice, and compassionate care. She is deeply committed to mentoring clinicians,
strengthening diagnostic clarity, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration, and fostering an environment where both patients and providers feel supported and understood. Her leadership blends clinical precision with humanity, creating structure while honoring the individuality of each person.
In addition to her leadership role, Dr. Grgich continues to operate her established multi-state
private practice, where she provides comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluation and consultation. Her areas of specialization include complex diagnostic assessment, neuropsychological and cognitive evaluations, pre-surgical psychological assessment, pain and biopsychological evaluations, forensic and court-related assessments, disability and fitness-for-duty evaluations, and child and adolescent psychological assessment.
Dr. Grgich provides services both in person and through secure telehealth platforms, allowing her to serve patients across multiple regions. She is known for combining clinical rigor with genuine compassion, helping individuals and families better understand themselves and move forward with clarity, direction, and confidence.
