 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We went through UCPS for a neuropsychological evaluation for our 5 year old daughter. We worked primarily with Drs. Gunter and Mangnall, who were both very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. Their assessments did offer some insight into our daughter but we left the process feeling a bit unseen and as though their assessments were very “by the book” (which is understandable, but not what our family needed at the time) and they failed to fully see whole picture of our child and our family’s situation. We ended up seeking additional evaluations through Wasatch Learning and Wellness that felt a bit more intuitive and personalized and less like checking boxes in a manual. To be clear, we don’t feel like Dr. Gunter or Dr. Mangnall explicitly did anything wrong or offensive, it just wasn’t a great fit for our family.  We still appreciated their time and professional input.

Very dismissive of my experiences, reported back late with inaccurate information and many errors. She was unwilling to communicate following the report. I regret not choosing a different psychologist to oversee what was meant to be a crucial step in the recovery process. Disappointed to have spent thousands of dollars for a report that was rendered unusable for other members of my team.
