Expert Psychological & Neuropsychological Evaluations to Support Informed Decisions

At the Utah Center for Psychological Services, our psychological and neuropsychological evaluations go beyond checklists and diagnoses. We take a comprehensive, evidence based approach that examines cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and developmental functioning to gain a clear understanding of the whole person not just isolated symptoms.

Our assessments are strengths based and individualized, using gold standard testing tools and current research to ensure accurate, meaningful results. In addition to identifying areas of difficulty, we focus on recognizing existing abilities and capacities, helping clients and families better understand both challenges and strengths.

We provide evaluations across the lifespan, from childhood through adulthood, and address a wide range of concerns including attention and learning difficulties, neurodevelopmental conditions, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma related concerns, and cognitive changes. Each evaluation is carefully tailored to the individual’s background, context, and specific referral questions.

Following the assessment process, we offer clear, personalized feedback and practical recommendations designed to support real world application whether in academic settings, the workplace, or daily life. Our goal is not only to explain findings, but to provide clarity and direction that support meaningful next steps.
