  • A thorough 90-minute clinical interview that explores prior mental health history and current daily functioning
  • A thorough 90-minute clinical interview that explores the injury and symptom timeline
  • Standardized psychological testing to assess areas such as mood, anxiety, trauma symptoms, attention, memory, and pain perception
  • Review of relevant collateral records, such as medical documentation, imaging reports, accident details, or employer notes
  • Assessment of malingering or symptom exaggeration using validated measures, when appropriate or requested
  • Collateral interviews
  • A comprehensive written report with diagnostic impressions, clinical findings, and tailored recommendations for treatment, rehabilitation, or workplace accommodations
